I run a therapeutic practice that offers Autism & ADHD coaching, short or long term counselling and psychotherapy. Many of my clients have spent years feeling anxious, or out of step, successful on the outside, but quietly struggling inside.

Often they are only just discovering they are peri-menopausal, neurodivergent or navigating identity shifts and transitions, such as moving to university, loss of a loved one, changing career or exploring their relationships.

Clients I typically work with are looking for a place to talk, they want to understand themselves, to learn the why behind the patterns, and to actually feel different, not just think differently.

This is my story, understanding the ‘why me’ empowered my ‘how to’.

So let me ask you, do you crave a therapy space that speaks to both your heart and your mind? Are you looking for a therapist who sees your complexity, not just your symptoms/traits?

Do you want to explore a life transition, how to live alongside grief, or your identity/burnout with someone who’s lived it all too? If you’re nodding yes, I look forward to being with you soon.

Who I work with

Supporting clients experiencing anxiety by providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what lies beneath their worries and physical symptoms. Through evidence-based approaches, we will work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand triggers, and develop new pathways to cope with lifes challenges. Beyond techniques, the therapeutic relationship itself offers reassurance, consistency, and an opportunity for the client to feel understood and less alone.

Chronic Anxiety

When someone is experiencing emotional instability, it can feel like their moods shift rapidly and intensely, leaving them overwhelmed or unsure how to respond. As a therapist, I can help by creating a steady, supportive space where these feelings can be explored safely. Together, we work on building emotional awareness, recognising patterns and triggers, and developing practical tools for regulation, such as grounding techniques, self-soothing strategies, and ways to respond rather than react. Over time, this helps foster a greater sense of stability, resilience, and trust in one’s own ability to manage emotions.

Emotional Instability

Struggles with identity can surface at many points in life, whether through the lens of being neurodivergent, experiencing perimenopause, or simply navigating a new age and stage. These transitions can bring questions like “Who am I now?” or “How do I fit into the world as things change?” In therapy, I support clients to gently explore these shifts, honouring both the challenges and the opportunities they bring. Together, we work on making sense of evolving roles, values, and self-perception, while building a stronger connection to what feels authentic and meaningful. This process helps clients move forward with greater clarity, acceptance, and confidence in their unique identity.

Challenges with Identity

Difficult life stages such as becoming a new parent, experiencing post-natal depression, or facing relationship difficulties can feel overwhelming and isolating. These transitions often challenge our sense of self, our coping capacity, and the stability of our closest connections. In therapy, I provide a compassionate space to process these experiences, untangle the emotions involved, and explore practical strategies for managing stress, expectations, and communication. By working together, clients can find relief from the weight of these challenges, rediscover their strengths, and begin to navigate this stage of life with more balance, resilience, and support.

Difficult Life Stages

Life and career transitions whether searching for a new role, changing direction, or recovering from burnout can bring both uncertainty and possibility. These periods often raise questions about purpose, identity, and balance, while also challenging confidence and energy levels. In therapy, I support clients to slow down, reflect on what matters most to them, and reconnect with their values and strengths. Together, we explore practical steps for moving forward while also addressing the underlying patterns that may contribute to stress or exhaustion. This process helps clients create a clearer path toward change that feels sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who they are becoming.

Career/Transitions

Life changed when I realised there was nothing wrong with me - no medicine needed & no tiktok shop purchase - I needed space to be heard and seen… to be listened to & start the process of exploring who I have always been and never known
